Madras motel stabbing victim still in serious condition

A 48-year-old Madras man was found stabbed several times Monday morning in a downtown Madras motel remained in serious condition Tuesday at a Portland hospital as detectives waited for an opportunity to interview him, Jefferson County Sheriff Jim Adkins said.
