Local Alert Weather, Tuesday AM, 11.7.17

Good Tuesday Morning, Everyone...
After a cold night that stayed fairly clear we will see our clouds steadily increase throughout the day. Highs will be in the low to mid 40's and SE winds will pick up to 5-15 mph; gusting to 20 mph.
Under mostly cloudy skies tonight's lows will be down to freezing and a bit below. SE winds will become gentler at 5-10 mph.
We are expecting showers to hold off until later in the day Wednesday. Once those showers arrive, they will stay with us until Friday night. This will be a big snow event for Mt. Bachelor. The slopes will be covered with a fresh layer of 8-15" of fresh snow between late Wednesday and Friday night. Storm activity will break just in time to give us a pretty fair Veterans Day. Under mostly sunny skies, Saturday's highs will climb into the low 50's.
