Wildfire burns 21 acres near Three Rivers, Lake Billy Chinook

A human-caused wildfire broke out Saturday morning near the Three Rivers subdivision south of Lake Billy Chinook, burning more than 20 acres and prompting a quick call-out of fire crews and air retardant planes.
