PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) — Tia Presley scored a career-high 32 points to lead Washington State over Oregon 108-88 on Sunday.
The 108 points is third-most in the history of the program, and the 42 field goals made are a school record.
Presley was 13 of 17 from the floor as WSU shot 53 percent. Lia Galdeira had a season-high 27 points, Mariah Cooks had 13 and Shalie Dheensaw added 12.
Washington State (15-13, 9-7 Pac 12) led by one at 44-43 after a tightly contested first half in which neither team led by more than six points.
The Cougars took over midway through the second half. Tied at 64 with 10:18 left, WSU went on an 11-1 run, punctuated by Galdeira's 3-pointer, to stretch the lead to 75-65. An 11-2 run late cemented the big win.
Katelyn Loper led Oregon (13-14, 4-12) with 22 points and Jillian Alleyne added 19.
