After watching the NBA team he owned for 33 years be sold out from under him, former Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling's less-that-steller year continues.

Alleged former mistress V. Stiviano filed new legal documents in her battle with Donald's wife Shelly claiming she was not his mistress and that she never slept with Donald because he is homosexual.

The New York Daily News reported that in the lawsuit -- which Stiviano filed in response to Shelly's allegations that she accepted cars and property from Donald that he didn't have the authority to give her -- Stiviano argues that the items in question were given to her in exchange for helping Donald conceal his gay lifestyle.

Stiviano also claims that Shelly knew about it.

In the lawsuit, Stiviano states that she was "not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling" and "believes that [Sterling] is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and or sexual congress with males."

In the legal document, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Stiviano says Shelly was "acutely aware of [Donald's] sexual orientation and condoned same as well as acknowledged and approved [Donald's] gifts of money [to Stiviano]."

Stiviano is also suing Shelly and Donald for $10 million for defamation, claiming they slandered her in the media by calling her a thief and saying she embezzled money and property from Donald.
