East Gourmet-Warm Rum Cider

2 teaspoons whole cloves
Zest of one orange
2 quarts apple cider
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
2 cups dark rum
3 cinnamon sticks

Directions: In a medium pot combine all ingredients except the rum. Slowly bring to a simmer over low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the rum. Ladle into mugs. Serve immediately. Great with a little whipped cream too!
