Prineville man arrested in Redmond thefts; stolen ATV sought

Redmond police said Friday they arrested a 19-year-old Prineville man as he was released from the Crook County Jail, this time on new car theft and other charges stemming a March 24 incident in Redmond. They also said they are still looking for a stolen pink side-by-side ATV.

Thieves enter at least 17 NE Bend cars - all unlocked

Another rash of illegal car entries were reported early Saturday, hitting at least 17 vehicles parked on eight streets in northeast Bend neighborhoods – and so far, all of the victims found had left their cars unlocked, police said.
