Bend businesses prepare for Stormy Daniels

Adult film star begins three-city Oregon tour

Stormy Daniels to stop at Stars Cabaret in Bend

BEND, Ore. - A Central Oregon business is preparing for its biggest night of the year as adult film star Stormy Daniels kicks off her three-city Oregon tour in Bend.

Daniels will be taking it off at Stars Cabaret on Third Street on Thursday evening.

"This could be the biggest event ever in the state of Oregon," Randy Kaiser, co-owner of Stars Cabaret, said Tuesday.

The event is expected to attract hundreds of people to see the woman who has been in the national headlines for several weeks.

Kaiser told NewsChannel 21 that when he saw Daniels on the news, he called his agent.

Kaiser made it happen: a three-city tour in Bend, Salem and Bridgeport. At Stars Cabaret, Daniels will perform two shows and take photos and sign autographs for fans.

The Bend location can hold up to 140 people, and Kaiser expects a long line out the door to get a glimpse of Daniels.

"Obviously, the draw she's a national personality at this point," Kaiser said. "You really think about it, you're actually witnessing history. This is somebody, right or wrong, who is involved in a scenario that could impact history."

A worker at Motel 6, across Third Street from Stars Cabaret, said she's seen several people pull over to take a photo of the strip club sign announcing Daniel's visit on Thursday.

"You know, even two months ago, people were trickling by and watching the sign and taking a picture," employer Amy Wolter. "Now it's, like, two or three cars getting out and taking a picture. It's actually exciting for people in town, and probably people visiting too."

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, performed at the Bend Stars Cabaret in 2008, but now, with all of the national attention on her lawsuit against President Donald Trump, her show is expected to attract a much bigger audience.

Daniels alleges she had an affair with the president a few years ago.

Other major adult stars, including Jenna Jameson, also have appeared at the Bend club. Kaiser expects Daniels to draw a larger crowd than Jameson.

The general admission is $20 and a guaranteed reserve seat is extra, starting at $15.

Daniels will take the stage at 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.
