. Registration is open for the eighth annual Northwest Community Credit Union Haulin? Aspen, taking place Sunday, August 5. The race is anticipated to sell out by mid July.

The marathon, half marathon and seven-mile trail runs start at Miller Elementary School and wind through juniper and ponderosa pine trees in Bend?s beautiful 650-acre Shevlin Park. Racers run on some of Central Oregon?s most picturesque trails, finishing at Shevlin Park?s Aspen Meadows. Marathoners start at 7:00 a.m., half-marathoners take off at 8:30 a.m., and 7-milers compete at 9:00 a.m. Deschutes Brewery beer and baked goods from Nancy P.?s Baking Company will be available at the finish line.
