Redmond dentist takes 'best to work for' honors
– Redmond Dental Group, took tenth place on the “Best Small Business to Work for in Oregon” list by Oregon Business Magazine.
For the third year in a row, Redmond Dental is the only dental office in the state to receive this award, and the only small company recognized from Central Oregon.
The 20th annual 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon list was announced last week at an awards dinner at the Oregon Convention Center. There were 273 companies participating in this year’s 100 Best survey, which analyzes Oregon companies’ best practices toward creating great places to work. This year, almost 14,000 Oregon employees completed the survey.
The winners and their rankings are published in the March 2013 issue of Oregon Business and online at OregonBusiness.com. The 100 Best list recognizes large, medium and small companies for excellence in work environment, management and communications, decision-making and trust, career development and learning, and benefits and compensation.
“Being a great place to work is even more important during rough economic times,” says Oregon Business Editor Linda Baker. “The magazine is proud to showcase those companies that do it well.”
“Our goal is for our patients to have the best possible experience. We have great patients and genuinely appreciate their loyalty,” said Max Higbee, DMD, Founder and one of three dentists at Redmond Dental Group. “We attribute this honor to our truly passionate, dedicated employees that provide consistent, extraordinary service to our patients,” added Higbee. “We are absolutely thrilled to be recognized for this prestigious award for the third year in a row.”
