BEND, Ore. -

Celebrity and Bend resident Matthew Fox was arraigned in a Bend courtroom Friday afternoon on a DUII charge -- but not only did he not have to appear, there's still no mugshot from his arrest early last month.

The "Lost" and "Party of Five" star wasn't required to be in court, but his lawyer entered a no contest plea to one count of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

His lawyer told Deschutes County Circuit Judge Roger de Hoog they will move forward with a diversion program.

After Fox was pulled over, jail officials said the mugshot camera was broken and Fox would have to return for a photo, but they said Friday that still hasn't happened.
