BEND, Ore. -

The Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation is hosting the 13th Annual Firecracker Ride on Wednesday, July 4, 2012. This is a supported metric century (65 miles) bike ride. The ride is to Prineville on a counter-clockwise route and starts and ends at the power station in Alfalfa. There will be three hydration stations with great food along the course.

The ride begins at 8-8:30AM (beat the heat) and is $20 per person by July 3 and $25 on ride day. All proceeds support MBSEF. Registration forms are available at MBSEF and at www.mbsef.org. Online registration is available also at www.mbsef.org until Monday July 2. Day of Registration from 7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m. at the Alfalfa Power Station.
