Since I was a little girl, I always had a knack for getting on people's nerves. Most kids my age were the same way. However, people told me my biggest issue was asking the question "why?"
As I got older, I realized that asking why is precisely what I wanted to do for a living.
I have always had a passion for writing. I interned with both Ski and Skiing magazines and was the copy editor for my college newspaper, The CU Independent. However, it wasn't until I began taking classes at the University of Colorado at Boulder that I began to fall in love with broadcast news.
After interning with Warren Miller Entertainment during my junior year of college, I started to discover that I had a knack for on-air reporting.
Moving to Bend is a perfect way to start off my career. My hometown of Greenwood Village, Colorado (as well as Boulder) are similar enough to Bend that making the transition has been easy and effortless.
I look forward to being able to call Bend my home and making many new and wonderful memories with the incredible people here.
