Fresh Berry Smoothies

1 cup greek yogurt
1 cup of berries- raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or a combination of any or all
Milk at hand to get the consistency of choice
1-2 tablespoons of honey
Handful of ice

Throw it all in the blender and add milk to liking. Add a banana or some fresh peaches to make a mixed fruit smoothie or substitute for the berries. Best part of smoothies are the options!
