The Oregon Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Mt. Bachelor's liability waiver cannot prevent a paralyzed snowboarder from suing the ski resort.

Infamous outlaws Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow died in a Ford V8 on May 23, 1934 in Louisiana when officers fired at the car in an effort to stop the pair. The officers were said to have fired about 130 rounds at the car.
