One victim's father calls it 'rather disgusting'

A graffiti-spraying vandal (or vandals) has hit eight different addresses in a southwest Redmond neighborhood, leaving words and signs that have some residents on edge.
Police say there are no suspects in the case, but neighbors have their own suspicions.
One recurring tag makes some residents believe the vandalism was gang-related, although local authorities in the past often have referred to similar markings as those of gang wanna-bes, not actual members.
The residents say the number 14 - sometimes with slashes by it - is a Northern California gang sign.
The vandal or vandals struck on a few different streets in southwest Redmond late last week, including Black Butte Boulevard, Rimrock Drive, and Antler Avenue.
They hit cars, fences and buildings with red spray paint.
The vandalism has some of the victims' on edge, and others flat out appalled.
"It's rather disgusting," Don Grace, whose daughter's car was a target for the vandals, said Saturday.
"I mean, you're vandalizing somebody's property. I mean, you're destroying the face of it. That's not right. It costs a lot of money to repair it, and it shouldn't have been done, but it is. So I guess we live with it until it's fixed."
As of now, Redmond Police say there's no leads in the case, but they're pretty sure all the graffiti was done by the same suspect.
