From Oregon Duck tickets to new car tires to even a possible date for a Friday night - it's all there on the popular free-ad Website craigslist, which added Central Oregon to its server a little over a year ago.
But many people are finding some ads that they say are inappropriate.
More and more people are using craigslist for free advertising.
At a coffee shop, one man says, "I just put my business on the site to advertise, and I do it every 48 hours to stay atop the list."
Marissa Nehl said, "I used the site to find day care for my daughter."
But some of the ads, which have no age blocker, aren't what you would expect.
By surfing the site, I found ads in the "erotic services" section where local Oregonians appear to be soliciting sex on the Web, listing hourly rates and listing telephone numbers and places to meet.
"I was totally shocked," Nehl said Wednesday. "I am not sure if they are breaking the law, but you can't post an ad like that in the newspaper."
And other craigslist users think the site should filter those types of ads.
"They should block the hyperlink or something just so those ads are being viewed by people who shouldn't be viewing them," one man said.
Whatever the case, posting personal information on the Website could be a considerable risk.
Nehl said, "I would think it would be unsafe, to put your personal phone number on there and then invite them to your home for whatever reason, seems like it would be very dangerous."
Most of the ads were from local people with local numbers, raising some intriguing questions about some sketchy ads.
After speaking with some regular craig's list users, most of them were surprised these ads were even on there. But it's a diverse website where, apparently you can buy, sell, or trade just about anything.
We've contacted the Deschutes County Sheriffs Office to look into this issue.
