A powerful winter storm is slamming into the Pacific NW this morning. Central Oregon will become cloudier and colder as a result. With mixed showers through the day highs will be in the lower to mid 40's and SW winds will pick up to 15-25 mph. Look for blowing snow showers tonight as lows drop into the upper teens to lower 20's with SW winds at 10-20 mph.
