In northeast Oregon... foothills of the northern Blue Mountains of Oregon...Grande Ronde Valley...northern Blue Mountains of Oregon...southern Blue Mountains of Oregon and Wallowa County.

- periods of moderate to heavy rain are expected through Monday morning...with 1 to 2 inches of rain expected over the mountains. Lighter amounts are expected in the lower elevations.
